How to post links.

Okay, so I know that some people don't know how to post links. It's not really a problem to just post the actual links in your posts, but it becomes a problem when the links are too long and then you end up blowing up the forums width. To avoid doing that, there are two ways to do this.

1) [ url=your link here ]Name your link[ /url]

In the place where it says "your link here," put in the link that you're trying to post and in "Name your link," put a short name for your link. Remember to take out the spaces after the open brackets and before the close brackets. You should end up with something like this:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]


2) The second way might be a bit easier. Under the box where you put in the title of the topic on the top, you'll see a number of options: Bold, Italic, Underline, etc. The button you need is as shown in the picture below, with the red arrow pointing to it:

You click on that button. In the first empty box, you insert the URL of your link. In the box below it, you insert the short name for your link, and voila. Your link should appear the same way as above.
